Wheatfield Court Care Home

Not a good experience at all short of experienced staff. Left quite a bit in rooms no rehab unless you kick off.My mam came away worse than went in ,also a friend 92 in now find out back in hospital very frail and her state of mind is right down. This place is shocking food cold and left sitting in chair all day. Please think twice about putting your loved ones in.

This place is horrendous, should be closed down, CQC should get back to sort this home out, all I can is pure neglect, my mother left in chair all day, carers have no compassion, now a close friend has had the same experience, and has ended up back in hospital, this place offers rehabilitation, what a joke, please do not be talked into putting a loved one into that place,into

So recently had a family member in this place supposed to be for our best interest and his to get the physio he needed to strengthen his arms and legs so he could get back in his own home three weeks later he’s had two hospital admission due to falls he’s worse now than what he was when he went in the staff don’t have the time or the patients this could go on and on but if there is one thing I will say is I would not be letting another family member go here stay clear the place is an absolute joke

Fathers care within the last 3 months was non existent. Fathers health deteriorated rapidly,extreme weight loss over 3 months, 5 stone,family voiced there concerns on numerous occasions to staff, nothing done, we had to demand a doctor, dietician,to come to see my dad, staff have no compassion, empathy,respect,for the resident,The manager that was in charge at the time,should of been sacked on the spot, my dad was on end of life care, which was none existing in this home, please please do not put any of your loved one to this home.My dad sadly passed on monday,we are unable to grieve for our loss, as to the way our dads last days were.

Looked after my 88 year old Grandmother single handed for 4 month at home. Pushed by Physios to go into Eden court for re hab for her falls. 9 days later she died in hospital from symptoms of a chest infection. We only found out she was poorly from a phonecall the morning hospital was needed for her 24 hours she was dead! No communication. Family left that the job they had done wasnt good enough. Upon subsequently collecting her belongings room was left exactly as she had left it. Messy and dirty underwear thrown at the bottom of her wardrobe. If offered this place seriously think about if it will benefit your loved one!

Lovely modern very clean building, very nice staff with a lovely atmosphere inside the building.

Lovely place, lovely staff and well managed. Lovely to see quality care and all Residemts treated with dignity

The carers were really good looking after my mam however agency nurse shocking put complaint in over a year ago still no response except liesManager at the time needs to go as not interested in the staff or people patients staying there

It is a horrible place to have a loved one in within three weeks my uncle was hospitalized for falls one side of his face was black and blue please don't allow a member of your family to go through this .
