My trousers were damaged whilst being altered and wrong colour thread used. Happy to say owner reimbursed me the cost of the alteration and cost of trousers accepting it was her fault. Thank you for that, much appreciated. Normally happy with service.

Slightly disappointed with the service I received. I was told that the alterations would be £25, I only had £30, they had no change so paid £30. When I went to collect the dress on the date that was agreed, no alteration had been done and I had to make myself busy in town. I then asked for the £5 change that they didn't have the week before and got met with a rude response. Overall the dress alteration is fine but the service was poor.
