River Island

Ever so stylish fashion pieces of high quality and durabilty at River Island. The staff are approachable, respectful and willing to assist. I love the sitting areas/chairs available across different areas of the store.

Waited in queue for ages, and eventually two colleagues came in, a male with curly hair and a female, no urgency at all…, no apologies for being late, no smiling, been to a lot of other river islands with better customer services ! This is why some stores lose profits as customers would just go elsewhere !

Price is good,i always shop here and i am always amazed how good staffs are. And yes i love tha stuffs there

Decent store. Had a poor experience with shoes and they wouldn't return them but you get what you pay for I guess.

Appalling customer service and I will not be shopping with river island again. My package was missing in transit for 4 days. It got delivered 4 days late and when it arrived the package was damage a big massive tear in the centre of bag. Called customer service immediately once I noticed this. They told me to fill out a missing item form, I did this and attached photo's. Only to be told 2 weeks later my claim was declined and I will not get a refund and no one can override this by payments team.Absolutely disgusting... still 3 packages WORTH £400 are missing still with hermes 35 days later and still River Island do not want to refund me stating even though it was not delivered once its been found and returned to their warehouse before I get a refund.If YOU DONT HAVE TO BUY FROM THEM PLEASE DONT.

I just would like to let the management know that if each customer is asked “where you are originally from” as I was asked at the till today, the 3d of February 2023 at 14.45 pm speaking plain English,the store may have a law suit for discrimination

Amazing customer service from Jordan, who went above and beyond! He undressed the manikin model so that I could have the Shirt I wanted ( Last size) :)
