The tree currently blocking the towpath & preventing safe access from Rotherham to Sheffield for commuters & families is your property, it may have fallen on the towpath but it & the rest of the rotting tree is on your property & your responsibility.

bloody brilliant, drove past it and almost crashed cuz I couldn't take my eyes off 10/10, would almost die from looking at it again
