Damian has been first class. Having never undertaken a planning application and work of this magnitude before (loft extension), he has held our hand through the whole process, clearly outlining the steps, when things should happen and the costs. We have had no surprises along the way, which is excellent! He is thorough in his work and happy to answer any questions we had along the way, by email or phone. He has good relationships with the local planning team at the council and Build Regulations people. Onto the build phase now, but we highly recommend Damian to help with your planning application and bringing your plans to paper.
