Fantastic experience today! I took my daughters earlier in the week and the advice and knowledge given by Soolav the dentist was really helpful! Today I had a filling with no pain at all and was given great advice I came away feeling very confident that I’m now in good hands with both Soolav and her assistant. I also found the reception staff extremely friendly and helpful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Had a filling done and they made a complete mess of it leaving me in weeks of pain and risk of infection. I was sat in the chair having the supposed “dentist” be really threatening and completely unprofessional when I questioned the work he had done. This resulted in root canal treatment at a new dentists, safe to say we don’t go here anymore.

As an autistic person, my appointment with a male dentist here was amazing. He made sure I knew what he was going to do before he did it, changed how he did some things for me, etc. My teeth are the best they've looked for a while, he did a great job! :)

I have been a patient here for 20 years. I noticed when the prevoius owners retired that this surgery went downhill & had very mixed reviews, especially trying to get an appointment during/after covid. However, I saw a new dentist for my check up this month, Sooba & Her assistant Sandra. She was very thorough & explained everything to make sure I understood what she was doing. I had to have the filling re-done that fell out about 5 yrs ago & that the previous dentists were just keeping an eye on. It was uncomfortable with all the instruments in mouth but she stopped whenever I needed to & managed to do the whole thing without an injection & with minimal discomfort. Friendly & prompt service. Would reccomend.

I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. I had an issue with a broken tooth and was given an emergency appointment within one working day and had swift and effective treatment. Well done.

Dentists are very kind and helpful and receptionists always very eager to help a very good practice they always try hard to fit you in if you are in discomfort and pain. Nothing is too much trouble

Went for 16 years but under new ownership it’s gone downhill. Went in for really bad tooth pain that turned out to be an infection and needed a root canal. Was seen for about 10 minutes, they took out the filling that had come loose and didn’t even replace it with a temporary leaving me with a big hole in the tooth. Couldn’t eat or even drink without intense pain, didn’t sleep at all that night. They wouldn’t have seen me for another month. Ended up going to the emergency dentist the following day who took an x-ray and informed me of the full extent of the damage to that tooth. Emergency dentist was more thorough despite not having to pay anything for the appointment. I’ve now gone private at another dental practise and won’t ever go back unless there’s a big change in staff. Also, it’s been mentioned in other comments about the communication issues as many of the dentists do not speak good English. Whilst this is not necessarily an issue as it is adequate enough, I asked the dentist about a crack in my tooth and he misunderstood thinking I said gap. I tried to correct him and he still didn’t understand. The other 2 dental nurses (all English speaking) in the room could have helped to communicate the problem but all just stood back and watched so the problem was not resolved here and I had to get it sorted out privately. Only positive is the reception staff who are lovely but seem to be under a lot of pressure from the dentists to get good reviews online to hide the malpractice going on here.

Amazing experience today with Soolav. I was dreading it as I needed 3 fillings but Soolav did the whole procedure so carefully I didn't feel a thing and I didnt even have any injections! I am pregnant and became uncomfortable how I was sitting so Soolav allowed me to change positions even though it made it alot more difficult for her. She checked I was okay throughout, I would definitely recommend!

Been at this dentist since I was about 7 years old (30 this year) Adrian rippley was incredible, ever since he retired its been nothing but headache from this place. I was taken off their list through covid because I missed too many appointments" I had no arranged appointment through covid lockdowns. I resulted in 4 chipped/decayed teeth. They then called me asking to make a appointment
