Mango

I visited MANGO in Cambridge last week at 10.00 a.m. on a Sunday as Google advised that was the opening time. The shop was closed and I was en route to London with very little time to spare. I called the store to ask why it wasn't open and the manager said Sunday opening was at 11.00 not 10.00. and that Google had the wrong times. I explained my situation and that I needed to return an item and that I don't live anywhere near a Mango store and needed to get to London. The manager (Brauno) opened the store for me to enable to me obtain my refund. He was so friendly and helpful and went out of his way to do this task for me, having to set up a cash point to do this much earlier than needed. A lot of people would not have done that. Especially as I was returning an item. This was an exceptionally good act not only of excellent customer service but also kindness. Something that is sadly lacking in many business these days. I ordered some things on Black Friday LAST YEAR and the clothes came ONE MONTH later. I didn't like any of the clothes because the quality was BAD and the sizes were off so I logged a return. It has now been THREE MONTHS since the courier company picked up my clothes and I still haven't received my refund. I've probably emailed Mango close to 20 times throughout and haven't received much help.Heed my warning: do not EVER buy clothes (online) from Mango.

Always my favourite - love mango collections. There were plenty of spring colours and office wear and smart casual clothing for very reasonable pricing.Clothes seem to be good quality materials too. Highly recommended

I went there twice to buy some clothes for my mother. The service was really kind and helpful specially the girl with the braids whose name is daniella, she made me feel really comfortableDefinitely i will come back

I went to the Cambridge store to do an online return (15/05/2021). I queued for long while as one member of staff was serving someone else and other member of staff was talking to her friend. Said member of staff finally noticed that the queue had built up and called me over to her till. She asked me flippantly why I wanted to return the item but cut me off by proceeding to shout down the radio at the other members of staff asking why there were so many clothes left on the till. Whilst attempting to assert her authority to the girls working there she completely ignored me. She handed me my receipt after almost 6 mins of talking to other girls on the radio. I then asked how I'm going to get a refund if I haven't put my card in, to process the refund. She again flippantly said it'll go back onto my card whilst then walking away from the till and subsequent busy queue behind me. I understand it was a Saturday and busy but the but behaviour of the woman who was seemingly the manager was honestly so unprofessional. I've heard a manager talk to her colleuges so disgustingly and as a customer have never had to deal with someone like that. I will do my upmost to avoid being served by her and I feel sorry for the girls who have to work with her. Awful woman

Some lovely women's wear but a bit on the pricey side.

Never been in this store which has been here a short while. Pleasantly surprised. Lovely items in there, good quality too. Went downstairs and even the children’s items were priced reasonably. Would visit again!

After checking this website I went to Cambridge for 10am opening time. Obviously this was incorrect and the shop doesn't open until 11am despite many websites showing 10am. I called and was told 11am by a very offhand assistant. I find the staff generally to be unhelpful and don't think I will return. The dress I was taking back looked pretty but on trying it on it was almost transparent and poorly made.
