Great service once again from Paul and his team and a special thank you to Hannah for keeping us updated with progress reports and Matt for showing us the new hybrid crv . If I had 1 small criticism it would be why do the mechanics change the radio station and not tune it back into the channel it was on . Most annoying.

Richard was very helpful and courteous throughout the process. A personal video was sent prior to collection which was a nice touch. Overall a very pleasant experience.

After using this dealership the previous year and giving a 5* service. I received completely the opposite this year. In which I will not return.DO NOT book your service and MOT together with this dealership! They rung me an hour after my car was in the garage saying it had failed the pre checks for an MOT! I said to them quite clearly, okay do not carry out any further work, and I will pick up the car after work. After getting there after I finished work I had a bill for the full service! When questioning the advisor and the manager they said that they do the full service regards to whether the MOT fails or not. I guess this has something to do with the fact that I did not want them to do any of the £1400+ bill they tried to quote me to get it through its MOT. If a car fails an MOT pre check, and I said I was going to pick the car up off them with them knowing this, why an earth would anyone in their right mind want a full service doing?I spoke to another branch Vertu Honda in the country about this, and they said that its common sense not to put the car through its service if it fails MOT.My point is still valid, if I was someone who did not and could not afford £1400, then thanks for robbing me of nearly £200 for a full service of a car that could not and would not have been used. They obviously did the service in Spite because I did not want them to do any work to my car. After telling me on the phone it would cost £45 just to replace the brake fluid knowing full well its £10-15 for a bottle, you wonder why I didn't want you to carry out any further work. They also put advisorys on every single one of my tyres, I took it elsewhere, another dealer by the way, not one of these side garages, and they said the tyres were fine. They had maybe 3-5000 miles left on them, but its definitely not an advisory yet. The amount of advisorys they tried to put on my car and make me pay for, and now my cars passed with flying colours with another dealer, I would not recommend this dealership under any circumstances!

Visited Vertu Honda Lincoln last week. As girlfriend's Motability car is now up for renewal. Having worked for the company previously at another site in the region, I knew they would be the best to deal with any Honda product questions. Straight away, my girlfriend fell in love with the silver CR-V in the showroom only its no longer available on the Motability scheme. Please advise us when it comes back. She will definitely source her next car from Vertu Honda Lincoln. Once again, thank you for welcoming us

Good experience - courteous, did exactly what they said they would (when they said they would) for a fixed price and even fitted my self-bought spark plugs FOC when I had a valve adjustment done.

Buying a replacement vehicle was a pleasurable and unpressured experience. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful making the whole process run smoothly. The sales area of the premises was clean and welcoming with tea, coffee and cold drinks available. There was no negative side to the experience I had.
