Oil fired..I took a recommendation by Adam for a replacement boiler. True to his word the installation was carried out promptly (29.11.22) along with the delivery of invoice. Checking the price I did have to comment this seemed high considering it was less than now days work. Happy enough for a few weeks as leading into Christmas when my 92 year old father was coming to stay, although I was concerned about the relatively high pressure in the system.Then the problems began..repeated lock outs multiple visits by the service engineer" who clearly did not understand the system

I cannot recommend ADS Gas plumbing & heating enough. They are professional, on time and the standard of work is excellent. Also, the customer service from Louise is the best I've ever received - she is always responsive to messages and questions and the aftercare is brilliant. 5 star service.

Absolutely phenomenal service from start to finish. Adam and his team couldn't do enough for us, and went well above and beyond to help us replace our boiler. With two young children in the home, they pulled out all the stops to ensure we had our new boiler installed within 48 hours. All staff were professional and very friendly, and we couldn't be happier. First class service, and a customer for life here. Thank you!

Absolutely over the moon with the service from Ads.Mum's old boiler sprung a leak and was uneconomical to repair. The engineer made a temporary fix so they she had central heating and booked a replacement in for straight after the bank Holiday weekend.Turned up 8am this morning. Fitted the new boiler and a new radiator including new pipework into the previously cold kitchen.Fantastic workmanship from the two engineers (sorry I don't know their names) and left the home absolutely spotless.Fantastic new boiler and most importantly a very happy mum!

Had work done - a service and a replacement part. Had to help the technician as they said that they did not carry the right fuse. Then explained what the continuing issue was. I barely know how a boiler functions yet still seemed to know as much as them. Might be a good idea for the business to always accompany new staff so that they know what they are doing. Low standard of service.

I had an issue with my boiler, to which I contacted ADs Gas Plumbing & Heating where they came out the same day on an estimated time, although they were otherwise dealing with another customer I received a courtesy call informing me that they would be with me as soon as possible & that they were dealing with another urgent matter.This was very kind to receive this courtesy call to put me at ease and to know someone would be on their way as soon as possible.Although we weren't expecting to require a new part, once the part had arrived we were contacted as soon as possible to have it replaced and to have everything serviced.This was a massive relief due to having two children in the household.I will definitely be calling on them again for all their support and prompt action.It is also great to find a local business able to help at that moment in time.

Amazed by how oustanding ADS are. We needed a new boiler and called many companies for quotes, I was recommended ADS and contacted Adam who was extremely helpful in detailing all options available to us. A new boiler was agreed and put aside but unable to attend same day, explained no access to heating or warm water with children and an engineer was sent out that evening. Danny carried out the job in a professional, timely manner allowing us to have hot water & heating within a couple of hours. Extremely impressed and grateful for their flexibility being on hand to help us, by going above & beyond. Would highly recommend in the future and returning for any future work we may need.
