Signs EVERYWHERE telling you not to touch combined with other signs that say breakages must be paid for (which is illegal by the way) makes for a very unwelcome experience

Dangerous if you like crystals, as there's so much choice and your card will definitely take a hammering! Everything is nicely laid out and the prices are reasonable. Helpful and friendly staff too.

I felt like there were many things overpriced. But still a nice cute store with good range.

Fantastic Boutique Store for all those who adore ricks & minerals from all over the world! From quartz lodes to. Malachite & pyrites! There is such a feast of crystals at reasonable international prices! We visit on every trip to Bourbon on the Water! Recommended! Enjoy!

Visited twice this week. Once on the Monday and the man serving in the shop was very friendly. Sadly the next day when we visited we had dreadful customer service from a very grumpy and unapproachable women in the shop. My 16 year old daughter is autistic and I'm encouraging her to be independent with her money. The women was so rude shouting out the total several times to hurry my daughter up. She didn't wrap the delicate items either just shoved them in a bag. My daughter said have a lovely day as she has been brought up to be respectful and friendly(unlike this woman)who gave  no please or thank you and seemed more interested in her mobile phone on the counter.Terrible experience for my daughter which caused alot of anxiety afterwards. We won't visit again

I discovered this little crystalshop when I visited Bourton-on-the-Water two months ago. I've been to a few crystal shops in the meantime, but the charm of this shop really caught my eye. The quality of the crystals is great, there is a lot to choose from. The shop owner or salesman that day was very friendly and seemed to have great knowledge about crystals. I hope that one day I will have the opportunity to visit this shop again and bring a little more time, I think you can browse there for a long time and still discover something new.

Good selection of crystals , gemstones and fossils. If you are a collector definitely visit at lest once.

Amazing selection of gemstones. They have beads and pendants for jewelry making as well as cathedral towers and raw specimens. I really wanted a chunk of raw smokey quartz but I had to stop spending money at some point. There were a lot of beautiful specimens. I could have spent so much money here!
