Chapmans of Norton

Took my daughter to have a look at a little 2011 ford ka, we spoke to Ed the owner who let us have a good look round and then let us go for a test drive on our own. Getting back to the forecourt we had another good look round and the my daughter decided that she wanted it. She was given a great deal and she is now looking forward to collecting the car soon. All in all great service and no pressure would definitely recommend.

A small car delear. Been there on Saturday when there was only one person to help us. It would be good if they provide coffee and toilets.

First class service. Second car we’ve bought from chapmans and we’ll definitely be going back when the time comes round to change again. Ed is a really nice guy to deal with and is very fair. Simply can’t rate them high enough. Brilliant.

I bought a car from chapmans 3 months ago and travelled a couple of hours from county Durham to pick it up. I spoke to Ed who was always in touch keeping me updated throughout the process and the service was first class. Car came with a years Mot and Tax and at a very competitive price. Since buying the car I have had a few minor issues, I contacted Ed again at chapmans and they allowed me to take it to a garage of my choice for the repairs to be completed and paid for it there and then. Absolutely brilliant, I will definitely be looking at chapmans next time I come round to purchasing another car and the travel to get there was well worth it 10/10 for everything.

Very popular garage in the Norton Malton area. My partner was looking for a small runaround. A Suzuki Alto came onto the forecourt we arranged a test drive. Very low mileage car 28 thousand on the clock : no hard sell at all : test drove and decided to buy. On years MOT and 3 months warranty. In the first month a couple of minor teething problems which were sorted out promptly at no charge + a courtesy car.18 months on sailed through its test at chapmans and serviced at a very competitive rate . Very friendly staff who care about their customers would highly recommended this garage.

Bought a car from them a year and a half ago. Thought it was a good deal, but since then the MOT came back with nearly everything condemned. Entire underside was rusted to the point that the entire thing needed replacing. Wheels gave me issues going down from about 2 months after purchasing the car (after their guarantee runs out)- all 4 wheels kept going down even after taking them to get fixed.Price to fix on mates rates" with a family friend was over £1500- over half of what I paid for the car.I got scammed
