One of my favourite places in Edinburgh. They’re so friendly, the drinks are delicious and they always have something fun going on. Make sure you come here when you’re visiting Edinburgh.

Do not recommend this bar at all. First time visiting last night, was greeted with an eye roll from the waitress when we asked to join our friend’s table. I was then tapped on the shoulder by the waitress and told to quieten down as my friend was given a round of applause for about 10 seconds as “I know you’re excited but there’s other people in the bar”. I looked around and saw a few other patrons and a lot of empty seats. I left shortly after arriving as I refused to give money to this place after such a frosty and inhospitable welcome. It’s strange as we were a table of around 25 people, not being lairy, but spending money. We would have stayed and spent more but we were clearly not welcome.

Only offers table service which is fine unless you get John (the owner) who served our table. We asked if we could move to a bigger table as we had a larger group than expected,the bar was not busy and he obliged, but it really seemed to wind him up and he became increasingly unprofessional and rude over the course of the night . To the point where our group of 8 decided to leave as there was no one to complain to . Lovely venue but a self sabotaging owner .

I love this bar, there is nowhere you can go late night that provides such a relaxed atmosphere. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about any spirits or cocktails you might be interested in. The live music is also a treat, especially Wednesday's jam night, such a good time!

A hidden gem that needs to be recognised for its fearless cocktails, great vibes and very cool staff. I absolutely love Uno Mas and can’t wait to return real soon! Keep up the epic work guys-you’re onto something here!

So my favorite thing about this bar is the fact they cut people off. I know that seems redundant, but when someone is far gone and they don't allow that to impact others experience is phenomenal. I've been coming here for about a year now. Ben needs to be highlighted, he's one of the men on the floor that corrals people to the door and delivers the bill. To a drunk person he's the end to a good night, but his way of interaction is phenomenal and needs to be highlighted. Great as his job and De-escalating situations is prime. As a solo female traveler this is a safe and wondrous bar to come to. Please try it out. Especially Wednesday and Thursday nights when they have local musicians playing.

As you’ll see from 3 reviews in the last 2 month ‘Rude staff’.This was sadly our experience. The whole ‘Uno Mas’ team was let down by one male server who repeatedly kept being rude to our group.When asked for a cocktail recommendation he told us ‘Just read the menu’ then walking away.During our evening a neighbouring table left early and offered us their bottle of wine. When our server came over,he saw the bottle and remarked ‘Is that from the weirdos on the next table?’The server in question is about 5’4 tall,shoulder length hair and and is in his mid 30’s.The rest of the Uno Mas team did a great job, but it felt like they were trying to compensate for their colleagues behaviour the whole night.

Quite a wonderful underground place. Wow what a vibe. The music on the weekend is amazing and the crowd is just cool. It's lively its crazy its nice. Do you want to come here, yes for sure. Have a great evening or a time with your lovelies.. its what you want. Just the perfect place. Bang on the end of elm row and in the pace of what you want. Four stars because this place could be sooo much better and ......

This is the place to be late at night. They had a live band playing. Combination of the mixed drinks was delightful. I'm not sure if they had food. I just went for drinks and ambiance.
