I used to enjoy shopping here until they introduced the Guantanamo Bay Prison exit procedure were you are guilty of procuring goods (shoplifting) and CANNOT exit without producing a receipt reinforced by the Warder shouting at me as I tried to exit without a purchase, YOUR RECEIPT

Absolutely massive Sainsbury's with a full range of products at display. They also have their home range. I'm giving 4 stars because it's a bit cumbersome to park and get in and out of, especially if you have a lot of bags. Otherwise, it is a great Sainsbury's. They also have their petrol station in the shopping centre car park. Some of the items are price matches against Aldi which is next to Sainsbury's.

Very unfriendly staff, most of whom appear to be mute and unable or unwilling to communicate with customers, even on a basic level. Contrast this with Aldi whose staff are always willing to smile and exchange pleasantries.

Decent size, maybe a bit too big, not open late, limiting the visiting times. And access is to be wanting. The main issue is access to the bus routes.

The staff could be a little more helpful and not looking like they won't run away or look you up and down. A member of the staff I was next to make comments on a homeless man who come in with 60 and asked if he had enough for milk she laught at him then went on to say what a state should get a job I find this absolutely disgusting. Not everyone has the perfect life and family to turn to I certainly will not be back in this store Sainsbury's deal with you're staff urgently

The store is bigger and has a good selection of vegetables, both Asian and British. Lots of choice for products and they even price matched with aldi which is good for customers. The only problem is when you reach the till, one man operating till and rest is self-service. So expect a big queue for till, which is a shame.

Produce quality is so bad, basically a bunch of crud rotting in crates. Meat quality poor as well. I swear they pump half of it with water to make up weight. They've brought in some shockingly exploitative pricing structure with varying prices depending on whether you have a nectar card or not and they can't even willingly choose to employ people to check people out all whilst raising prices. Honestly the amount of self scans here is disgusting to bear witness to. So many negatives, leaves me wanting to boycott this company.

This saintsbury is quite big and lot of va retail shops available and to choose from and its surrounded with other stores around within the vicinity of Cameron Toll. Lot of option for refreshments for drinking.
