Great Gym! Andy and Arnaud are great coaches and make everyone feel welcome! There are no Egos or Alpha maleism within the gym so you can always feel comfortable no matter what level you are at!

Can't rate the coaches highly enough !!!! These guys are approachable, friendly , professional and know their stuff. I attended during their taster week and was well impressed not only by their knowledge and skill set but also the facility. Attended my first paying class last night and all I can say it's money well spent. Would definitely recommend. If you want to be your best fitness or skills this is the place to go. Will be recommending the Little Hybrids class to my nephew and neice. The coachesknowledge and passion for coaching shines through and will bring out the best in you at every level. Would leave 10 star review but unfortunately Google only allowed 5 star rating, enough said !

Top gym. Top trainers, excellent atmosphere. A good selection of classes and PTs available. Andy Young, great trainer. Well recommended for a regular place to train.

Felt very welcome from the moment I walked in. Andy and Arno are both successful professional mma fighters but have a love for teaching, even beginners like myself. No Egos in this club. A good atmosphere to improve fitness and skill set. I'd say this is just the beginning for Hybrid
