Eden mobility in Leicester isn't closed like most people have been told the staff in their are very friendly and supportive. I myself would say that they provide a very good service many thanks to chantel for everything you have done in helping me to make the right decision on my scooter

Shantal was absolutely amazing, not pushy and went through everything with us choosing a mobility scooter for my husband Neal she even allowed me to take it apart and lift all the pieces to see how heavy it was as I would be the one putting it in the car. I called the store this week, and spoke to a lovely helpful member of staff call Chantelle, I was enquiring about a walking stick for my mother in law, she was very helpful and dealt with my issue very respectfully. The best thing about this was that Eden was on form with the sale service. Any queries that come forth I would definitely recommend that Chantelle deals with this. Would 100% recommended this store in the future!

I found the lady who works in Eden mobility Leicester very friendly, polite, smiley,she explained everything clearly and and fully about the scooter I've ordered also very thorough and put me at ease and found a suitable scooter for me...I would give loads of stars for her and I would recommend her for 100 stars ....

I was looking for a mobility scooter for my mum who struggle to walk and we walk into the shop in Leicester and my mum found the one she wanted. Shantel helped my mum and made her feel comfortable and help her with all there needed from my mum. At the end of the day my mum walked out feeling happy so I want to say a big thank you to Shantel for helping my mum

I've been after a new power chair for over 2 years as my current one isn't fit for purpose anymoreI went into Eden mobility in Leicester as the very last resort within 2 months Shantel went above and beyond her duties as a sales assistant, she listened to everything that I was saying about how my current situation is a really painful one physically and mentally she really does care about people's health and needsCouldn't recommend her enough
