Elaine Cook Acupuncture & Fertility

It’s hard to put into words the benefits I received from seeing Elaine. When I first reached out I was really struggling with our fertility journey, feeling like no one understood and I didn’t know where to turn…a medical route of testing and science, or a therapist to help me offload my feelings about everything. Elaine was the perfect middle ground! From the first interaction with Elaine she was warm, compassionate and validated my feelings, all whilst making me feel we were progressing things physically with the acupuncture treatments.I’d look forward to our weekly sessions and felt like I was going for a catch up with a friend, I’d leave feeling much lighter and as though I was taking positive steps to help us conceive.I now have a beautiful 6 week old little boy. I’ll never know for definite the exact role acupuncture played in this getting to this point, but I absolutely know the role Elaine played in my feelings and approach towards everything, and for that I am eternally grateful. I’ll miss the regular catch ups, and would fully encourage anyone who is considering reaching out to do so, you won’t regret it!
