Auckland Dental Practice

I have been a patient at Auckland Dental Practice for over 30 years. I have always found my dentist Mrs Skipsey to be very professional and friendly. Mrs Skipsey takes a very proactive approach to dental care and always takes the time to explain what's going on. My two sons have been patients with Mr Greenwell since they were born. They are now 22 and 18 and I credit their Healthy teeth to the excellent guidance from Mr Greenwell. The Staff also operate to a high standard of proactive friendly service. In summary the total experience of visiting the practice is the total opposite of my nightmarish memories of visiting the dentist as a child!

Have been going here since January and all I can say is amazing people who care about you. Alison is great she sits and listens and explains things to you of what needs to be done. Alison takes time with me to make sure I am happy with the plan she has make for my future visits. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you to all the staff.

Absolutely amazing service, I could not rate/ recommend any more. I have been going to Auckland dental practice since a young girl and now my children are patients too, Phil is amazing with my children, as a result they love a visit to the dentist. I wouldn’t go to see anyone else and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my kids either. Professional and relaxed from the moment you walk through the door. Thank you very much x

Had my 6-monthly check up with Mrs Skipsea this week - excellent service as usual from everyone at the practice with a few of the covid restrictions removed at last. Kind, caring, friendly but professional - what more can I say? See you in 6 months.

After years of avoiding dentists due to fear and then being unable to find an NHS dentists, we bit the bullet and decided to go private and join Auckland Dental. Do we regret it? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Over the years we've been to a number of dental practices and never have we experienced such good treatment as here. From the reception team, to the Dentist and Dental Nurses, everyone we've met has been incredibly friendly, helpful and caring. Even calling after visits to check how we're doing.Price wise, even for Private Treatment, the prices did seem reasonable and it didn't feel as though we were being asked to have any unnecessary treatment (which is something we've experienced elsewhere).Having now joined DenPlan via Auckland Dental, we now feel well looked after and confident that we'll get the treatment we need, when we need it.Thanks!!!

Had an emergency appointment within a couple of hours of ringing in on Wednesday. X-rays showed a rear molar had split in two pieces and no option other than extraction there and then. Phil Greenwell was very kind and considerate. He talked me through the whole procedure which was quick and completely painless.A follow up call 48 hours later from Tracy in the office to make sure I was OK completed the experience which was wonderful (if a tooth extraction can be described as such). First class professional job by the whole team and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you all.

My wife and I have used Auckland Dental practice for many years and have always found the staff very friendly and professional. I used to have a fear of dentists due to a bad experience with another dentist in my youth. I can honestly say that I don't mind going at all now, mainly due to the attitude of the staff. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Myself and two other members of my family have been attending Auckland Dental Practice for many years. Mr Greenwell the dentist is very competent. He always explains everything he is doing while progressing through the the treatment. He is most pleasant and the same can be said of his staff.
