hub by Premier Inn London King's Cross hotel

The staff on the desk was busy but brilliant!!Very cheap for location, clean and modern rooms, very comfy beds, very quiet rooms.. and a good shower, what more do you want for the money?Great for a night or 2 when on layovers or got an early euro star train, can't fault this place.

Excellent hotel located in a perfect place to access Kings Cross station. The room was comfortable and we chose a king. The place was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The lounge made for a great place to socialize and have a reasonably priced drink. We did not partake in any of the food but it looked great. Buffet breakfast is priced right too. I would not hesitate to use Hub by premier in the future.

Stayed for two nights and overall was happy. It's a slightly more 'urban' edgy flavour for Premier Inn designed to attract younger professionals (I assume). Rooms are basic but comfortable and modern with good showers. Breakfast is perfectly decent with friendly staff. Only gripe is gimmicky touch controls on the headboard - looks flash but in practice confusing when you're tired and just want the a/c to switch off. Overall I'd recommend.

My husband and I were looking for a simple hotel close to Kings Cross and actually switched to the Hub after reading some bad reviews at our booked hotel. We were blown away by the Hub's cleanliness, fantastic location, friendly staff, no fuss setup, comfortable room and amazing breakfast... and it all was cheaper than our original reservation! We had the best time with a few specific call outs:- The shower was amazing. Exactly what we needed after long flights.- Our own room air conditioning was much needed (got up to high 70s) as well. The preloaded movies was a nice touch. It was so quiet (like are we the only ones on this floor quiet).- The aesthetics/decorations were thoughtful around the hotel and made the place feel like home.- Breakfast was a huge bargain as well.

Had the best stay for 3 nights on business. Apart from the amazing location and reasonable rates, by far and away the hotel's greatest asset is their staff. I've never met a lovelier bunch of people who truly seem to care about their guests'comfort. Congratulations to all of you, keep up the good work.

Really nice hotel with good service. Rooms were very small but this was expected. We got to the hotel early but were able to leave our bags until check in opened. The staff were quite nice and warm. The lounge was very nice and breakfast options were quite good. Location is great; Right next to Kings Cross Station. We will definitely stay here again.

By no means is it a luxury accommodation but it doesn't claim to be nor does it charge like one either. The room was super neat and clean, the staff at both check-in and the bar were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of Kings Cross station and at Pancras station (even with luggage it was easy to get too!) If you a looking for accommodation close to the stations and want something clean and modern this place is perfect. Would happily stay again.

This was a new concept for myself and just about worked. As hotel prices in London this summer (2023) are extortionate, I struggled to find anything for less than £150 a night and therefore found myself here. The concept is based around doing the “basics” extremely well but in a compact and high tech environment. You are encouraged to use self check-in but staff are available if needed.The room was extremely small but the space was used very intelligently. A lot of thought has gone into the design, with clever lighting, multipurpose furniture and a digital display next to your bed to operate everything. Your bed is deliberately half-made with the duvet neatly tied in a bundle (I’m sure staff arranging it like this takes just as long as them laying it out on the bed). The showers is a ‘rainfall’ type and the temperature was very good. There is no space in the room to lay out a large suitcase but there is storage space under the bed.The location is excellent and just a short walk from King’s Cross. There is a Italian restaurant next door but the hotel also has a good selection of food and drink in its bar as well.Overall, I was sold by the idea but prices certainly need to be cheaper in future (this is a London wide problem).

Spotless clean and smart tech equipped room. Comfy sleep and noise free even though I was given a room on the 2nd floor.Breakfast was very good with freshly made ingredients.Hotel's reception was very helpful, even though it was busy.Great location!
