We are thrilled with our new fire and surround which we purchased. From the minute we walked into the showroom and met Stephanie we knew we were going to be listened to. We were given honest and accurate advice about our options. We are very happy with the end result. Tony was professional and efficient on his site visit and Paul and his apprentice Dillon were on time on the fitting day and we cannot fault the fitting of the fire. I had a non standard install for a wood burning stove. David was very helpful throughout the whole process as I prepped the area my new stove was to be installed in. He offered lots of help and advice along the way. On the day of install everything went smoothly. Unfortunately my chimney was much dirtier than expected (it had been bricked up way before we bought the property). This resulted in one very dirty installer (sorry). Thankfully the installers covered everywhere in dust sheets before they started and also brought along a powerful extractor fan which was routed outside. Everything was cleaned up and left nice and tidy. I’m now a very happy owner of a very hot stove

A company who is genuine with fantastic customer service.My mum and dad bought a fire from them over 25 years ago when their shop was in Atherton. Just recently the pilot light failed to light. Due to the age of the fire we initially thought it couldn't be fixed so we placed an order with them for a new fire to be installed. Tony came round to do the survey as arranged but offered to try and repair the original fire. This evening Tony reinstalled the fire which is now working again. He's saved us £3.8K and my dad is really pleased. Thank you to Tony and Steph for their communication, punctuality and going the extra mile!

Our experience of working with the team at Northwest Fireplace Centre has been first class. Tony was very knowledgeable with helping us select and design the right log burner for our setup - it's not like you buy a log burner everyday. When it came to the fitting, our chimney breast had been butchered by the previous owners but none the less, Paul, Mason and Tony took on the task of putting it right. The team were brilliant and a credit to the company. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and their services to anyone considering a quality fire for their home.

North West Fireplaces have just fitted our beautiful bespoke media wall. Absolutely first class service from start to finish. So many people to thank starting with Steph in the shop, the fitting team from NWF Paul, Dylan and Mason. Mark the electrician and Steve and Tien from CPA. Finally, Tony, the person who brought it all together from several meetings regarding design to giving us his expert advice when we needed it! If you are looking for a media wall do not hesitate to use this company. You are buying a piece of beautiful furniture that will last for many years and not your usual MDF and plasterboard version that other companies may install!
