Really helpfull on finding a suitable car for my daughter. Got it and had a problem, sorted it within a day or so. Can't fault them and would use again.

Brought a car of them in November very friendly and helpfull delivered but had issues with the vehicle and they did accepted it back and gave a partial refund but was happy will recommend them very professional and knowledgeable

Amazing service I received on Saturday the 13th May 2023. Mr. Maksood was more than helpful. I saw a red Ford fiesta that I had my eye on for a week. I made an impulsive decision there and then, and asked if I could look at the car, Mr.Maksood was ready and available to explain the whole car history, he was friendly and very helpful, and there was no pressure to buy. I bought my new car 10 minutes into conversation. I am very happy with my new red purchase. I drive past 1stChoice Cars 3 days a week, and they always have great cars on their forecourt. I am happy with my choice and the customer service was second to none. I have had a few follow up messages asking me if myself and the car are doing well. This to me is outstanding customer service. I like to change my cars every couple of years, and I will definitely be coming back to purchase from 1st Choice Cars again in the future, great value. Test drove a car with an internal computer. Upon checking the computer the car came up with 5 faults including traction control. The windscreen was also smashed and the car was burning oil. The dealer didn't like that I knew how to access the computer and was saying it will all be fixed before being sold. Also whilst getting another car out of the lot to be able to get into it, the rear right hand wheel was siezed. Not most trusting in someone showing cars with serious repairs needed, should be sorted before selling
