After my mother sadly passed away, I contacted Cooper and Son Funeral Directors to arrange her funeral.Right from the first contact and throughout the arrangement process Emma, Paula and the team were most professional, helpful, caring and considerate in advising and putting together a funeral service that catered for the families needs.I can not speak highly enough of the service provided. nothing was to much trouble, very welldone and many thanks.

Following the very sad and unexpected death of my mother, the team at Cooper & Son showed incredible sensitivity, kindness and thought as they guided us through the arrangements required after losing a close family member. Their efficiency and knowledge helped us to plan both a cremation and later large scale memorial service, both of which ran seamlessly.

Cooper and son were absolutely amazing handling my mums funeral. Paula is an absolute credit to the company, she was super helpful and kind as were the rest of the staff and Emma who lead it was just a dream. They helped us create the perfect send off for a wonderful woman and I will forever be grateful to them for helping make such a horrendous time that much easier with their professionalism and kind caring manners. The service we received was exceptional from the start. The staff were kind and caring, as well as supportive, especially Paula. It made a challenging time less stressful, and it was reassuring to know that everything was taken care of for us, whilst being kept up to date as the plans were being made and confirmed. I recently had to find a Funeral Director for my husband who died very unexpectedly. It was recommended I contact Cooper and Son and have been so pleased that I did. At a very difficult time they showed compassion, support, kindness and a willingness to make every request possible and each step of the processes manageable. There always exsited an air of calmness at a time when there could have been much trauma. The actually service went smoothly and was most professionally executed.
