I am in London, and the property tp be surveyed is in Norwich.I was introduced to Peer King Surveyors by the agent, and they could not have introduced me to a better firm.From the initial discussions to the final report submission, the matter was dealt with, professionally, in a friendly manner, time spared to explain the various options, and dealt with without any delays, or excuses.Absolutely brilliant, and i would use King Surveyors again, without hesitation.

We instructed Peer|King to carry out a Level 2 home survey on a prospective property purchase.Firstly, it was very easy to book and pay for a slot online, and they did all the work communicating with the estate agents to arrange the survey, which took much of the hassle out of the process.The survey was carried out by Charlie, who did a great job conveying the overall condition of the property to us. We were highly impressed, as the report was very thorough, with clear explanations of potential problems/ maintenance advice, as well as photographs highlighting key areas of the property. He even included drone footage of the roof! Peter was also great at communicating to us the details and answering questions. We recently engaged this firm to provide a survey, which was carried out by Charlie Johnson. This was reasonably priced and extremely detailed. well set out and included clear, helpful photos. I also discussed with strange people online, and many of them picked Peer King (didn't post reviews on Google). Everyone was happy about the service, so I decided to try it.I ordered Level 2 reports and this was suggested by their looked at my house location, and histories online. I thought I should order Level 3 but they said there was no need which saved me money. I'm surprised by their professionalism and honesty which made me trust them even more.The price is on the website, very transparent and you can book online as well. They will manage the survey time and you don't need to worry about anything at all. I queried a few questions and they always responded very detailed and fast.The report is delivered on time and very detailed. This helped me understand more about my future house and what to do next. The whole process was so satisfying, they made the buying house process much easier than I thought. I really strongly suggest them and I will definitely be happy to use them again!
