Food was ok, pretty basic but the service was dire. Menu states a QR code on the table to order the food but know QR code on the table. They don’t tell you this and you wait for 5-10 minutes and nothing happens. We order drinks eventually and they never turned up.Terrible terrible service

I had some katsu curry a couple of months before and it was okay so this time I decided to stop by at the belt. The place was empty and I’ve been requested to sit on the stools not on the nice seats (although another person later sat there). Staff was ok, not rude not friendly or smiling. The maki on the belt didn’t taste right and I thought maybe it has been on the belt for a while. I then proceeded to order some katsu prawn sushi hoping to have something fresher. When the plate arrived it already looked like defrosted or something and after trying it i can tell they just took it out from the fridge. It was cold, chewy and gummy, no crispiness from the katsu no taste whatsoever. Totally unpleasant. I sent it back and they prepared a new one. The second one was ok, but I wouldn’t call it “freshly made”. Took a mochi and one doriyaki to take away and that was 5.95£ each. A robbery. I would definitely not go back.

Waiter didn’t notice me standing for ages. Not even busy. Very sad looking sushi. Super thin portions and expensive (california style rolls were 15mm thick x3 = £4.50!!! See my pic). Rice was so bad too - pressed too tightly in the maki rolls. Super disappointed. Wish I didn’t pick the plates up cos it’ll look weird to put them back down. The only one thing that was okay was the easy miso soup. I had two plates of sushi and one bowl of miso soup = £12.70. I definitely won’t comeagain.

Well it's official, this place might actually have the worst sushi in the entire world. Bland & flavourless ingredients, rice rolled so firmly it was closer to a tortilla, and pathetic portion sizes.I ate one bite of my first plate off the belt and immediately put the whole dish to the side wondering if it was tuna from a can that had been left out too long (it ended up being duck, very sad duck)After that I thought I'd try again but the risque combination of flavourless salmon ontop of blended crab and something green wrapped in a rice and seaweed tortilla, but I could barely finish half of that dish either. Our waitress was lovely but very new, and they where out of stock on most of their beers and wines.Over priced, horrid product, don't risk it.To the owner: please for the love of God eat at your venue, and if you think it's fine, go to any other Japanese restaurant, intact find the lowest rated restaurant you can and go eat there, that should tell you everything you need to know.

I’m not one to ever write bad reviews but I felt this one was necessary- dropped in today as the place was pumping with a great atmosphere - so of course we assumed the place was decent. The staff were busy and pretty good at handling all their tables during the busy period, so props to them and their efforts. However, the food was very overpriced for what it was and we only finished the Gyoza out of the four dishes that we’d ordered. The other three sushi plates were dry, the duck tasted like dried up, tasteless tuna, and the rice was almost like it’d been kept in the fridge for days on end.Obviously we didn’t have a great deal of variation in our menu selection, so we can’t speak for the whole menu - however the quality of the sushi vs what we got definitely means we will not be back. Complete waste of money.Hopefully someone in charge is paying attention to the number of negative reviews and is looking to do something about the food - the atmosphere is fantastic and the concept is great, it’d be a shame to see it fail.

Not nice rice, waiter was very slow and forgot water I ordered. His attitude was quite rude and grumpy. I’m sorry the previous sushi place is gone that was great

Complete daylight robbery.Pros: the wait staff we had was lovely. Unfortunately that is where it ends.We ordered the poached eggs on toast and it was the single worst meal I’ve ever had. We thought it was some kind of joke. The egg yolk was over cooked and the egg white was undercooked and all over the place - it was the opposite of poached. I sat there for a few minutes in shock. For £8 I’m surprised this was served!

I love yo sushi, you can eat in and choose from the conveyor belt as food goes round. You need to be careful though, it is tempting to just keep choosing dishes and the cost can rack up.Not a great service at Luton airport though, staff were quite slow and not attentive!!

The take away sushi is very expensive compared to Wasabi or Itsu and look at the 100% plastic package they use - first of all not sustainable at all, and then it is so big that by just carefully putting it in your bag it all squeezes together - very bad!!!

I had Korean Fried Chicken bowl. It was tasty, portion quiet big (I did not manage to finish the rice as I was too full). Very nice kaiso seaweed side dish. Total £19.20Staff was nice but seemed to be lost and place is definetely understaffed to serve such busy place in the centre of Terminal. While my friends received their food I was waiting at least 20 mins longer without any explanation. We were not offered cutlery. When I decided grab them by myself I could not find any other than single-use forks. In general was nice but with huge room for improvment.
