I recently moved across to Heathcote house following a poor experience with another dental surgery. I am pleased to now have a much better experience with excellent dentists and hygienists. I now feel confident with my dental care for the first time in many years. The reception team are also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Duncan and joe. Lovely as usual. Dental reception nothing like it use to be. A polite hello would be good for starters and to learn your name as you go in would make you feel more welcome. It’s not that hard to do!

Always a pleasure to see Rebekah the hygienist. She’s patient, friendly and respectful. She treats you with care and understanding. She doesn’t make you feel like you are not doing enough, unlike some hygienists I have met in the past.She really is a joy to visit.

The communication is always great with the dentist surgery and both the dentist and hygienist are both personable and professional. I would recommend for those in the Haywards Heath area. The parking can be a bit tight so just plan ahead.

Incredibly friendly and professional staff, I feel cared for and well looked after. For the last four years of attending this practice it always feels consistent and very well run which comes across via the staff. The prices are fair for a private dental practice also. I highly recommend it.

Very efficient and smiley front office which makes a big difference. My dentist is the best I’ve had for decades. He provides clear and excellent information all the way through treatment and obviously clearly highly skilled. All in all, extremely good.

Just got back from having a filling done by the wonderful Brett Welby. Have been with him for years but again, care and time was taken in my treatment, he made sure I was comfortable and didn't feel a thing. Can't rate this place high enough and all the staff are so friendly, helpful and genuinely care. Thanks again for looking after me.

I find the Heathcote Surgery very efficient and all the staff polite. The surgery is well maintained and clean and they follow all the health requirements and make regular checks to make sure they have all my correct details.Mr Welby my dentist has looked after me very well for many years and always greets me with a smile and I am very satisfied with the service.
