Quality and finish: very good indeed.Installation: the installers were on time and most personable, workmanship and attention to detail was excellent and everything was clean and tidy when they left.The only issue that marred our order was the apparent communication failure within the company to arrange a surveyor’s visit to make the necessary measurements. After a three week wait for an installation date, we contacted the company and at this point they uncovered their failure to make this arrangement.The bottom line based on our experience: - we have no problem recommending St Ives Windows. Would we use them again – yes BUT will make sure their communication processes were functioning properly!

We found that all of the staff was very helpful and considerate. The timing of everything was as we were told, from the salesman, Adam, to the two guy's who fitted all 8 windows and the 2 door, including the cat flap. We were very pleased with the professional way the work was carried out. Everything was kept clean and tidy. Really pleased with the new look to our home.

Unfortunately we can not recommend this company due to the poor customer service and lack of communication. Although we have (finally) got the windows and doors we ordered and they are of good quality, the process has been painful. They do not respond to emails, and there were several errors made with the order. Two windows were originally made to the wrong size, the door was the wrong style and colour, and the obscure glazed windows were supplied with different patterned glass to that which we'd requested. They left the window surrounds in a terrible mess which meant the builders had to repair and re-render, and they also neglected to remove their rubbish, leaving it for the builders to dispose of. They have taken no responsibility for any of their errors and to add insult to injury they are now trying to charge us almost £400 extra for having the door sprayed to the originally requested colour and tongue and groove panels fitted to it. Very disappointed.

Absolutely disgusted with the driver of this vehicle. Date : 18th April 2019 time 10amPlease see image of back of van added to photo gallery for business. Clearly his licence plate is visible.He speedily cut us up on the a30 road, towards penzance.We had our children in the car and he nearly caused an accident! We had to slam our breaks on so not to go in to the back of him !My husband flashed him in front to make him aware of his actions. The driver continued to aggressively tail gate the vehicle in front of him.He then waited until we was at an island and stopped to abuse the driver in front winding down his passenger window and shouting abuse threatening to knock him out.Clearly he was in a rush and nothing in his path was going to stop him where he was going. If this is how he treats road users then I'd worry how he would treat potential customers of the business he is advertising on the side of the van!
