This practice is so friendly and are extremely good with children any age and anxious patients ! So kind and welcoming! Would highly recommend

I first moved to the Urchfont Dental Practice as a child, following Mr Wylie from his NHS days.Up until his retirement I can say this was a wonderful little practice, that had my full support and trust. Whilst I've had numerous problems with my teeth throughout my life, I always felt confident in Mr Wylie, and the staff seemed to have a genuine rapport with all the patients, whether they were new or established. Despite the fact it was between 30-45 minute drive away from where I lived, I would regularly recommended it to friends and family.In the years following Mr Wylie's retirement the surgery underwent a massive overhaul, with a partial structural rebuild, all new staff brought in and a vast amount of seemingly technical and expensive equipment to support not only standard appointments, but cosmetic as well.In the short few years that I remained with the practice post Paul's departure, I have been left with a bitter taste in the mouth (excuse the pun). Every visit would end with a new quote for some work that was critical" and it was never cheap! I felt like nearly every interaction that I had with the staff was forced

I recently took my 17 month old son to the Urchfont Dental Practice during the lockdown, for his first ever dental check up. I was really impressed, the staff were all so friendly and professional, and were absolutely fantastic at putting the little one at ease. I felt reassured by the processes (and PPE) in place during the pandemic, and my son came away having had his teeth examined no problems, and we got good advice from the dentist. Plenty of parking too. Would definitely recommend them!

This dental practice is fantastic. Everything is done to such a high standard. Never before have I looked forward to my dental and hygienist appointments, but at Urchfont Dental Care I actually get excited when I see them coming up in the diary. From an emotional perspective, I am treated with the utmost care, politeness and friendliness. From the receptionist, practice manager, nurse to dentist I feel made so welcome - it creates a very calming atmosphere. From a medical perspective, everything is always clean and tidy, the dentists and nurses are very professional in their work and explain what they are doing at every step. Brilliant.
