Your treated with the highest quality and professionalism and nothing is to much trouble for them. You can ask as many questions as you like with no trouble at all. They answer every one professionally to make sure you get your top quality vehicle. They even offer you different payment methods to make it a bit easier on your pocket which I think is great. You are offered Refreshments if you like to make feel right at home. My recent purchase I'm well impressed.

Booked a £495 service with free collection on the website a week and a half in advance.On the day, no-one turns up to collect the car. I called Newport Ford but despite me having a confirmation email, they have no record of the booking. Apparently this is the website's fault not theirs.They offered to rebook so I started to do this on the phone. However, suddenly there is a change to collect and drop off. There are also additional charges for fluids that were spec'ed as part of the 4 year service on the website.Absolutely taking the mick, I'll book elsewhere.
