Arvonia Vets

What a fantastic experience we had at Arvonia vets. Both Richard and Pablo worked tirelessly to save our cat Tilly. She had a complication that both vets had never seen in an animal before which had nearly caused Tilly’s demise. Richard and Pablo operated on her, saving her life, which means she will hopefully enjoy a few more years with us. I would thoroughly recommend Arvonia Veterinary Practice and can’t thank Richard and Pablo enough for their kind and professional expert care of Tilly!

We were originally at another local vets, but moved to Arvonia, due to it being an independent practice.We have always had great service. Appointments never feel rushed, the vets have always shown great care and interest in our pets and the reception staff are always friendly and helpful.

Just popped in to order a repeat prescription, busy, but quick. Staff, as always, really friendly and polite.

I can not recommend Arvonia Vets highly enough. The whole experience for pet owners and the animals themselves is outstanding. Everyone is passionate about their job and the extent of knowledge within the team is phenomenal. Rich looks after both of my dogs and my tortoise and they love a trip to the vet! Rich is approachable, friendly and explains what the problem is and how he is going to help fix the problem. He undoubtedly has the welfare of the animal at the forefront of his practice all times. We wouldn't take any of our pets anywhere else.

I have been coming to Arvonia Vets since they were in Wards Road in 1990.Throughout this time I have received outstanding treatment, not only for all our pets, but also for one of my relatives.But over the last few days they have been exceptional, pulling out all the stops to help our cat who was seriously ill. We did not think he would come back home, but Richard and the team used all their clinical excellence, compassion, dedication and attention to detail to bring him back from the brink.I am extremely grateful to Richard and his team and even more so when I realised they were very busy. They all put in extra time.Whenever I go to Arvonia, it feels like I am coming back to a warm friendly family, where I am always welcome.But it's not just me. When I am sitting in the waiting room I talk to the other clients there. All of them hold the practice in very high regard.So, in summary, what can I say?Arvonia is the perfect combination of clinical excellence and compassionate service.

Richard was brilliant as always. You all showed kindness as always. That is why I use Arvonia and no one else because you are the dest in Cheltenham.

My Gordon Setter has been going to this vets who have a real focus on interaction with their clients. My Gordon Setter was overweight and with assistance from the doggie weight management clinic she has lost nearly a stone and looks amazing. Key prognosis of her hip arthritis and subsequent advice and prescribed medicinal products have turned a sad and frustrated dog into a happy and energetic pet. I can't recommend this vets enough, if your after a caring service rather than a 'clinical bland approach' then look no further.

Can't praise them high enough they took our collie in on a Sunday for emergency treatment even though they were in the middle of a fund raising event.All the vets and all the staff were very accommodating. Very Big thank you

Arvonia is one of the best practices that you can find. They are independent and they really care for your animal. The staff is very nice and responsible, reception is lovely, and they are very quick attending the phone. The nurses are super nice, and they treated my cat (Ariel) in a very lovely way with the post op check after the neutering.Manager team has been brilliant doing all the claims for my insurance.Of course, the vets are amazing and very knowledgeable, when my cat had a problem, they immediately wanted to investigate what was happening to her, I can tell they are really passionate about their job.As an owner, all you want is to have your animal cared for. All the team did all of this, and Ariel (my cat) was clearly happy with them.Every part of my experience with them was amazing.
