Our little girl had her ears pierced here today and it couldn’t have been a nicer experience. Dee was amazing! She talked my daughter through the process and unpackaged all piercing tools in front of us. Dee was informative, and calming. We are thrilled this was our youngest daughters experience after a horrendous experience with our eldest daughter at Claire’s a few years ago.I‘ll be recommending this place to anyone considering a piercing, and especially to parents of children who are considering a piercing for theirs. The location is central Chesterfield and it was nice to have a wander around some shops after. We have a very happy 8 year old

Staff were very friendly and it was very clean and hygienic. My piercer, Dee, helped with my nerves and let me stay for a while after to calm down. She explained every step in great detail and she was very reassuring, also showed us that the needles were all fresh and only used once on myself and then it would be thrown away. Would definitely go again.

Highly recommend! My daughter had her ears pierced for the first time, made her feel very comfortable and talked her through everything. Very professional. No tears and she hasn’t mentioned any irritation since. The lovely staff even gave her and her little brother a teddy each.

Top notch facility, very clean.. spacious, vast variety of jewellery for piercing. Very professional. Very hygienic.Went in to have my ear lobe pierced today because my other ear lobe had a butterfly back stuck inside the lobe. Had a appointment at the hospital for Friday to remove it. The lovely lady who was doing my piercing asked if she could have a go at removing it and after 5 min got it out I can't thank her enough. Saved me a trip to the hospital. Would highly recommend this place all the staff are so helpful and very professional if I could give 10 stars I would.Thank you so much to all the staff.

Suzie pierced my nose last week, she was great, really friendly. She put me at ease straight away. My boyfriend and I booked online, which was super quick and easy. The shop is really spacious, clean and welcoming. Loads of different options for jewelry. The piercing room was clean and comfortable. The whole experience was a great one, I will be back if/when I feel the need for another piercing.

Nice clean place, on 23/11/2023, I had 3 piecing here.I was made to feel very comfortable by staff, daughters also had piercings here before no issues afterwards. Abit expensive but worth it !.Also most of all staff are very professional and more than willing to give advice, well done.
