You don't need an app. You can open the gate with the email confirmation once you've paid in advance. Plenty of exits from the car park but when you have to come back to the car the only way I found was down the ramp where the cars enter. It wasn't made clear how to open the barrier upon exiting the car park, but if you click on the same email link you used when you needed to open the gate on entry, it will give you the option to exit the car park. I'll be using this again as it was very quick and convenient

No security staff available at all and cars are actively getting robbed and broken into at this location VERY often. Company couldn’t care less about the safety of your vehicle and belongings.

Do not use this car park! I parked my new vehicle in what I thought was a secure 24/7 manned car park - this turns out not to be the case even though advertised as such. Parked overnight the vehicle was vandalised rear windscreen smashed through and items stolen, damage also sustained to paintwork. It seems from the attitude of the customer service staff when reporting the incident over the phone that this is a regular occurrence at this particular car park. After discovering the break in I exited the car park via a stairwell and behind the door there was discarded items which were obviously belongings from previous victims of car crime. The car park is grubby with lots of litter so obviously the site is not maintained or cared for.

I won't be parking here again, it is not secure at all. My rear window was smashed and a bag was stolen when I returned to my vehicle.

Easy to get to reasonable priced secure underground car park just off Oxford Street/Regent Street, don't use a booking co, just turn up and park its cheaper if you have to leave early

We was worried about parking anywhere in London due to the amount recent car break ins we've read about......This car park was perfect, hidden out the way, good security. Very good price £21 for 24hours parking

Easy to find using my satnav. Prebooked and entered without any need for ticket and exited the same way, the ANPR system worked well. We used a steep staircase to leave and return. I do not know whether there is a suitable disabled pedestrian entrance/exit. Cannot comment on toilet facilities as we did not see or use them. Would certain reuse again as very convenient for Harley Street and Oxford Street.
