Emovis Tag UK Ltd.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to use our Emovis Tag for a few years, it was mainly used for driving to the French Alps for skiing holidays. However, I continued to rent the tag on the off chance the opportunity to drive to the ski resorts arose again, I did this rather than cancelling/returning the tag immediately as the operation of the tag and the service received from Emovis has always been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I sent the tag back two days ago and have already received confirmation that they have received it and that the deposit return would appear on my next invoice, I presume this means my credit card invoice used to pay for the tag.

Ordered replacement tag due to low battery. Received replacement (in Aberdeen)within 24 hrs. Excellent service.Jim

After we got a battery expiry warning email Emovis were super fast at sending out a new tag ready for our holiday. Tags have been very reliable going through the tolls.

This is my third tag over a period of about 10 years.It makes life so much easier on the French motorways, (especially the 30 km/hr lanes).My new tag was ordered yesterday and it has arrived today.It is easy to keep tabs on your toll bill and battery life on the website. Great service!

Well we are into our second week of using our Emovis Tag, we are so pleased with it , it’s worked flawlessly every time . The amount of time we’ve saved using The Emovis tag as been amazing . We’ve struggled for years without one . We was even able to use it to pay for our car parking in Avignon at the Palais des papas car park . Which I didn’t know you could do . We thought this was brilliant not having to mess about with tickets and then finding the money to pay . I can’t never see us not having a Emovis Tag full time now .

We have been using an Emovis Tag for many years and could not live without it as we have a Maison Secondaire in France. So useful to be able to go through the lane with the 30 on it as we sail through in front of everyone to the surprise of the French drivers. Also really easy to send back when the battery is running out. We received an email to say that the battery was running out so I ordered a replacement which was waiting when we got home from our trip. Then sent the old one back. Really easy to use from one car to another or even in a hire car. Thank you Emovis Tag

Excellent device when driving in Spain and Portugal. You can drive straight through the barrier and sometimes you don’t even have to slow down. A couple of times in Portugal it never beeped but it did work every time. Would not be without it now.

Received replacement tag promptly, returned old one and received confirmation of receipt .. good communication throughout.. so long as deposit refund is received in next month a very efficient service

I've been using Emovis tags for driving France in France over the past few years. They really help to speed up the journey, avoiding the toll queues. Emovis as an organisation seems really efficient. They warn you when the tag battery is close to expiry and, as I have just discovered, the process of switching to a new tag is straightforward.

This tag is a must when, as a UK vehicle and travelling alone with right hand drive ! saves so much time. I have owned a tag for many years and will continue to subscribe. The customer service department was excellent and very helpful and informative.
