Cat gifted us a lovely live mouse then promptly dropped it and it ran off into the house. After turning the place upside down with no joy, phoned for advice and the cheap couldn't have been more helpful with tips and reassurance - and also told they can hide behind radiators (in-between the wall and radiator). Was more than happy to spend some time talking me through some action plans even though I wasn't a paying customer.Checked after I got off the phone and low and behold - that's where it was! It tried to make a break for the dining room but thankfully it's diabolical plan was thwarted by a plastic sandwich box wielded by my wife who had temporarily summoned reflexes of a greased up Navy Seal and captured it. Successfully released back into the woods.Top marks. Thanks again.

Called Vinny on Monday evening about a mouse running around in the kitchen. He turned up next day and left me two traps in the kitchen. He inspected around the outside and inside of the house to make sure there was nowhere for mice to get in. We think this is one that wandered in through back door and got trapped inside. Today, it was caught in the trap...I gave it it's last rites !!! Absolutely fantastic service and he also loves my Staffie (Bonnie) so mega brownie points all round. Thanks Vinny, brilliant service.

Vinny is awesome. Turned out to be quite a tricky job inside a thick Bush. Acquired some tools and Vinny returned the same week, chopped the bush down and irradicated the wasp issue. Above and beyond doesn't cover it. Really nice down to earth bloke who took the time to fully explain exactly what was happening. Hopefully I'll never need a Pest Controller again but if I do - South Yorkshire Pest Control will be the only people I call. 10/10.

Came home from a holiday and had (what I thought) to be a swarm of hundreds of wasps inside my garage, called the very professional gentlemen and he came out next day and with his expertise advised me that it wasn’t wasps but honey bees and they were already on there way to a new home and low and behold he was exactly right.And he didn’t even charge for it! Can’t praise him enough

Great service, called @5pm, arrived at 1:30pm the next day!!! Had wasps going into brickwork in house, after Vinni sprayed, few hours later, no more wasps!!! Offered 3-5 days FREE re-treatment if wasps were still there but no more wasps have appeared!!! Thanks again :-)

My 86 year old mum had a wasp nest attached to her spare bed, in room she never uses. She was horrified. Vinny came the next day and removed it. No hassle, no mess. The lot gone in the hour. Very courteous and knowledgeable and reassuring to mum. Thank you Vinny.

I had been getting what I thought were bites and I was convinced they were bed bugs. I spoke to Vinnie on the phone and he reassured me that he would come out and check to see if I had any. When he came to the house Vinnie did a thorough check around the house and assured me that I did not have bed bugs. He did not charge me for this service when he could easily have said that it would be best to spray and charge me accordingly. I would definitely recommend South Yorkshire Pest Control

Great service in dealing with wasps entering the loft and a creating a large nest. Came out within 24 hours and dealt with very professionally. Less than 2 hours since his visit and no visible external wasp activity after initial flurry. Great rates and worth every penny. I would 100% recommended.
