Stayed here a few times, very nice and friendly. Just been refurbed so is spick & span. We were on the ground floor, definitely need nets up the windows, was like being in a goldfish bowl, we were in the front, people walking past all of the time.

Great but...Let me be clear this would have been a great stay bar one thing.First the positives. The price was good. Hotel was spotless, convenient location and the hotel reception staff were so helpful. Thank you Olivia!However there are no plug sockets beside the bed or air conditioning.Large fans are provided but they extend only to the foot of the bed making them quite redundant for sleeping in what was such a hot period. Not being able to sleep at 4am I got up and drive home at 5am rather than do what I intended.It is a minor point for what was otherwise ok but really hotels need an electrical socket by the bed.

Plenty of parking when arrive. Friendly welcome at reception.Nice smell as walking in and through corridors to our room, nice clean carpet throughout.Clean and warm room.Only thing stopping me giving 5 stars is lack of tea/coffee in room and no plug sockets next to bed to charge phone.

If you like to step in the 50s this is the best place.good luckOh I forgot,no fridge so go to the pub next door and ask for some ice and you can fill up the bath.

Clean and comfortable. Slight draw back was that our room was close to reception entrance and people gathered outside our window to have loud conversations! Would prefer a better shower (does anybody use the bath?). Staff friendly and accommodating. The staff in pub next door also friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again, value for money and convenient location.

We spent a night here. Easy to check in. Nice clean room. Close to the city centre 6 minute drive. There are plenty of car park spaces.

Stopped here for three nights while stewarding at Silverstone. Basic rooms but comfortable and quiet. It has a adjoining Miller and Carter restaurant on the same site and a Sainsburys supermarket just a couple of minutes drive away.
