What a refreshing change to find a bunch of lovely professionals who really know what they are talking about and go out of their way to help clients find their dream property. Having bought and sold over 20 properties in my life, no one has ever been as friendly, on point, and delivers like the girls at Hope & Brain. In my view there is simply only one Estate Agent to go to in Whitby at that is Hope & Braim. Off the scale - a good bunch of honest people. No brown shoes in site.

Hope & Braim were acting for the sellers of the house we bought, so we cannot comment on the selling aspect. When looking for a house we visited their Whitby office, they were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. They managed to persuade us to view the house that we ultimately bought when, having viewed it on internet property websites, we had previously dismissed it as being unsuitable for our needs.There were a couple of niggles along the chain and Hope & Braim seemed much better informed of the circumstances than our solicitors and were much quicker in passing forward information.As buyers we had a very pleasant experience in our dealings with Hope & Braim.

This review is based on my experience with Hope and Braim as a buyer.I found them helpful, responsive and patient whilst we experienced some unexpected issues with the mortgage. Communication was good. I have had a positive experience with them as a buyer and I would not hesitate to use them if I sell my house in the future.

Emma, John, Faye and Leanne are a brilliant team and this is reflected in the standard of service. They are professional, friendly and approachable. Always respond to telephone calls and emails and keep you updated with the progress of your sale which is very reassuring.
