Very good experience. Phillip always replied to emails quickly l - even just to confirm he'd read our emails - and made the whole process go smoothly. We got the full report, which contains a lot of useful information that will help us keep our house in good condition.

We ended up using Philip 3 times during our move, due to offers falling through and he was excellent each time.
