I contacted back in November asking about battery stock - open and honest reply on end of year back order. I called back in Jan to be informed stock was available. Over £5k entrusted and a pallet was on my drive on agreed day. Perfect service, genuine Solax Batteries. Many thanks again.

Ordered a kit to self install. Keith was very helpful with advice before and after purchase. All up and running, very pleased.

Had concerns initially as the company were very hard to contact by telephone but in the end everything went according to plan. Promised timescales were honoured and all the contractors who installed the kit were efficient and friendly. Follow-up was good and today I received the DNO approval to connect to the grid. Thanks Keith for a job well done.

There will be many fake reviews on this business, mine is a legitimate unexpected one that has caused me and family a lot of stress. The owner of the business is arrogant and his customer service is poor to none. He makes promises initially then does not follow up once payment is taken.

Classic bait and switch advertising. When pushed further on their second offer got ghosted, chased a few times. Long excuses on why they can't update their webiste prices, just very poor. Unsure if just overloaded in the current climate or bad business practises, but they can certainly update the auction listings on other websites. Either way went else where, reccomend others do the same

Dealing with a gentlemen (Keith) from the company and thankfully I explained exactly what my needs were in the system I am wanting to build he saved me potentially buying the wrong invertor for what I want my project to be (solar with battery backup grid supply),Very knowledgeable and good service.

Sadly, I have had to downrate Solar Energy Store Ltd, based on after sales service, although I was very pleased with the initial works.-----------------------------I am sorry to say that Mr Gittings is not answering my emails now.The Solax inverter he supplied was not fitted with an Automatic Emergency Power Supply (Auto EPS), which I did specify before ordering. After 7 months of emails back and forward (during which time I contacted Solax, and they told me that the inverter fitted by Solar Energy Store Ltd did not have the capability for Auto EPS), Mr Gittings kept saying he was waiting for solax to confirm, although I sent him copies of the emails from Solax.I had to go to another company to have the correct inverter fitted, at a cost of £2664.00, which is working well.I emailed Mr Gittings to ask if he was willing to contibute to the cost 7 weeks ago, but have had no reply.So, I am stuck with a bill of £2664.00 and a secondhand inverter taking up garage space.Extremely disappointed!!

Tried to order a small kit for £2300 which has been this price for quite some time as I was hoping to see a price drop since the removal of the 5% VAT that the government has issued, which this company has not applied.Nevertheless, I placed my order and the very next day received an email stating that not only were the panels advertised not available, but they also decided to jack up the price by a further £600Obviously the usual nonsense excuse about Brexit & Covid supply issues, but no apology whatsoever on the complete and utter false advertisement.Company doesn't seem to take any pride in their website or any responsibility about this.we aren't the biggest company in the world and can't be changing our website every week"Continuing on to say "most customers enquire before ordering"THE ABSOLUTE CHEEK TO TRY AND PASS THE BLAME ON TO ME?!"
