No organisation skills, very unhappy staff.

Very bad company to work for, very unorganised, they make it all sound good at interview but its turns out its not. You don't get paid for shadow shifts. Wages are mostly all the time wrong, always need to keep a note of your hours cant be trusted. Because I couldn't attend a meeting with bearing in mind I'm a walker and they accepted me to go through without any notice to broxburn which I couldn't attend. So they took me off shift untill I could make it through which is bang out of order. and left me with no job or income. Waited about 2 to 3 weeks to hear back, I've emailed etc and not heard anything back. Very unprofessional and unorganised company.. when it comes to PPE. You are limited to what you get. Also treat you very unfairly. Worst company I've worked for by far!
