I was alarmed at the amount of McDonalds litter outside the store.Cups,bags,tissues,cardboard containers etc.If its that dirty outside,what are the kitchens like. I love the way these multinationals promote their green credentials but really represent the biggest polluters.Get your staff out picking up your clients mess.

Pretty average McDonald’s. Staff are friendly but can miss items if using divethrough and charged me extra despite already paying via the app, and left A nugget Sharebox out too.Dine in is always a better experience

Always missing items from order. Seems like all the staff are in a K hole when you try to talk to them. One of the employees was literally doing a scratch and sniff behind the counter. Standard Ramsgate behaviour, scruffs.

I found a disabled place to park in the small car park for easy access for my 95yr old mother in her wheelchair. I was very impressed that I didn't have to wait for my vegan burger meal as I do at another branch. The fodd was not very hot so my mother asked for new which was fetched immediately.The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Oh, I’m so impressed by this place. We have been so many in other McDonald places and this one is the best. Totally atmospheric. There, they have a separate room for children and a party room as well. At the end the cleaners make sure the place is very clean as well for the next day.

This a decent McDonald's if you have kids to entertain for a couple of hours. Cute little play area with seating nearby so you can keep an eye on them. Food is never cold and staff are lovely.We had a big mac, 2 kiddie meals and some other bits. The new strawberry frappe is really niceBeware of the parking situation as the KFC part has a 60 time minute limit, I almost breached it as assumed you could park anywhere, they have probably got a few like this!

There's a hair coming out of my chicken selects. Has Jeremy Usborne cooked this? Not to mention the fact that they're about 30% smaller than they used to be (and this is the same place that sold me pancakes with a suspicious thick, short and black curly hair in them)Haven't got a picture of it

I think the food in all McDonald’s is pretty much the same, but what sets this one apart is the staff, I go there every week for a business meeting the staff are very professional and super friendly I love the place.

Food good and table service is brillant I didn't give 5 stars as problems using app on phone when ordering as the Internet connection is poor. The staff are always helpful and do what thay can, your never felt anything is to much to ask.The atmosphere is relaxed and a great idea to have a seperate room for the very young and having the play area.I wanted to give 5 stars but it can get to much when hundreds (sounds like it) of school children desend. Not sure what the way forward is with this one. We try and eat before they desend!!Always clean and that includes the toilets a definite 5 stars.
