I needed short term car insurance while swapping cars and was happy to see options to buy insurance from a number of companies including well known firms. I paid for two insurance policies as it was a Sunday and I put the wrong time in. I thought that they wouldn’t actually give me a refund as it was my own fault. However I got a phone call early this morning and was guided through the refund process by a lovely person called Glenn Clarida. He was so helpful at explaining everything to me and my refund would be with me in 5 working days. I would 100% recommend go shorty for temporary insurance they really do look after their customers

I have used temporary cover a number of times before, however this being my first time using GoShorty I can say the experience was a 10/10. Simple, fast and a clear choice of options to suit my budget and what I considered reasonable. Will be utilising go shorty in the future and recommend everyone else to do the same.

So quick and easy, I needed cover for one day and with it being a Sunday I thought it would take ages but was so quick and received my insurance cover certificate straight away. Would highly recommend. Plus having an email the next day reminding me my cover was about to end was very helpful.Really great customer service lady called Monday to make sure I was happy and everything was easy to use, lovely touch.If I ever need emergency cover again I will definitely be using you again.

GoShorty is a very reliable company. They processed my temporary cover very quickly and also got a courtesy call from them to say thank you. You often don’t get insurance company appreciate their customers for using their service. Service was top notch and I would use them again going forward.
