Friendly and professional, Jan is fantastic - knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy. I went to see her after the gp failed to help with my injury and Jan made a huge improvement at the first visit, and had me completely recovered and back to training within a few weeks. Would highly recommend Jan and her team.

My 14 year old son Jack has been struggling with his muscles for a while now,After seeing jan he is legs and back are feeling so much better after 1 session.Highly recommend my me and Jack(You won't be disappointed I feel so much better and jan is very nice Jack's words )

My feet are pretty bad , I have a corn on both feet. I decided to try heel to toe, as my corns had got so bad. I booked into see Lisa. WOW! What a difference. Lisa cut out my corns, cut my toe nails, took all the dry skin of my toes , heels and the whole bottom of my feet. Lisa also cut out an ingrowing big toe nail which luckily had not got to the nasty stage. I also still walked 4 miles in the afternoon. I am so glad that I took the plunge to get my feet sorted out. Thank you Lisa for looking after my poorly feet. See you in six weeks for maintenance

A great place to go with your aches and pains. Jan is fantastic and if she can't treat you herself she can recommend an alternative therapist I.e. chiropractor etc. No nonsense approach. Also does great holistic therapies like relaxing reflexology.
