From the first moment we walked into the office of Mark Johnson funeral directors we felt warmth and respect.We sadly lost the pillar of our family, Brian he was known by many names dad, grandad, pops and of course husband to Sheila.Mark made us feel at ease and made the experience of sorting everything so easy to deal with.The day of funeral was difficult for all but the team were wonderful in everything aspect of the service, even down to the sunflower seeds that were given to everyone in the service booklet.We thank you all.The Luff family x

What can I say…how do I express my thanks and appreciation for the support, kindness and considerate service. Not just my dad taken rather suddenly but also my mum who followed some 12 weeks later. I sat with my mum in the little chapel as the last time I’d seen her was in hospital when she passed…I wanted to remember her how she was, not like that and there she was, she looked like she was fast asleep and had “our” dress on, truly truly grateful for the memory reboot of my lovely mummio. Lovely services for both with Mark conducting mums himself. So professional and I felt so supported. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all that you did and for looking after mum, dad and two years ago, my beautiful 25 year old daughter as well.

I could write paragraphs and paragraphs on how incredibly amazing Mark and his team have been for me and my partner and family.It’s hard to put into words, how genuinely thankful we are from the bottom of our hearts. Mark went above and beyond for us. Our situation isn’t what him and his team usually do as it is very emotionally hard and distressing but even with the situation he took it on board for himself to make such a difficult cremation one of the purist and beautiful moments we will ever experience, and for that me myself, and we as a whole are eternally grateful.I could give them the world if I could, and I honestly would recommend anyone and everyone if they are seeking (Funeral directors) to go with them. The team are amazing and Mark himself is the most compassionate, genuine, loveliest soul to come across, and touched all of our hearts with his personal compassion and work he done, and I know Lilly herself is so thankful for him and his team in taking care of her. Mark has looked after my auntie and also my mum. Very precious people to me and a huge responsibility for any funeral director. He has been the most caring and compassionate person and we have had long conversations and heart to hearts. He has, on both occasions done mum and Kathleen a wonderful send off. I'd like to thank him and his team for looking after us so well.They are wonderful people.

Thank you to Mark and his team for their outstanding care looking after my late mum. We had an evening service at Mark’s Totton venue and, I can honestly say that everyone was extremely well looked after. We received first class care from our initial meeting right through to our final farewell to mum. I would highly recommend.

Mark and his staff have been so kind and helpful to my wife's family, on losing her father. Nothing was too much trouble and Paul was treated with so much respect and kindness. It made a very traumatic time slightly easier to bear. We have also given, in the past, our jack russell and our cat into Mark's care, both of which were treated with the same love and kindness. What lovely people these are.

100 stars would not be enough. They have given our beloved Labrador, Holly, such respect and dignity at this heartbreaking time. We saw her in their Chapel of Rest and she looked peaceful, not in pain, in a lovely setting and was a far better memory than our last one of her at the Vets. We ummed and ahhed about seeing her but are so glad we did. Everyone was so caring towards us and we knew she was in safe hands.

We are truly grateful to Mark and his colleagues for all the help, kindness and guidance that was shown to us when our lovely Mum passed away. From the initial call and throughout each step we were treated with such care and respect as was our Mum, nothing was too much trouble. On the day we said our final goodbyes everything went smoothly, Mark ensured that the service was just as we wanted and we didn't have to worry about anything. We really can't thank Mark and his team enough for the professional and compassionate way they dealt with a very difficult time for us and our family.

Mark and colleagues attended to my previous fur baby and made the whole process as bearable as possible, they took such love and care of my boy Bertie.Unfortunately in such a short time I now have to go through the whole process again with my boy Marley. I wouldn't trust anyone else.Thank you for all that you do x
