Fantastic service from Jordan Logan for our new Nissan Leaf.We were doing market research on used EV's and he was super patient walking through all the best options for us. It was the first time we were upgrading our car in about 7-8 years, so it was a big step up for my partner and I!We really appreciate his service and no-pressure approach to customer service. We went to Nissan to work out finance on a used car that we’d seen online. We dealt with Will MacConnachie and he was great. He worked out that for only a few pounds more a month we could get a brand new car. It wasn’t a pressurised sale and Will asked our opinion throughout and made sure we were happy with each stage of the purchase. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and our car even arrived earlier than expected. We will definitely be back to see Will when we come to change our car again.

He answered all my questions and explained the features and benefits of the car I was interested in. He was not pushy or aggressive like some other car salesmen I have encountered. He gave me a fair price and a good deal on the trade-in. He also followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the car. Today was an incredible day for us. Lewis Paton our Sales manager went way beyond what it means to offer customer service & incredible customer service at that. We bought a car for our mums 70th birthday (she is in Aberdeen) at the onset we had no plan how this would all work out. But thanks to Lewis he arranged everything. The car was fixed to our standard with a few minor repairs being done prior to delivery, collection, the car is stunning. Lewis actually arranged to drive the new car to our mums house in ABERDEEN and surprised her with her new gift at her home! She could not believe this! What a guy, Lewis arranged everything for the sale with no issues, the repairs then the delivery! This is the best customer service package I’ve ever received. Thank you Lewis. Our mum is on cloud 9!
