I live here, our houses are bigger in the main bedrooms than any I have ever looked at our main bedroom is 18ft x 10 with two sets of built in wardrobes (Hammonds) the same size as our kitchen diner!! Ours also has a large conservatory and if needed, could have a loft conversion of a double bedroom and ensuite. Off the main 18ft bedroom we have an ensuite, there is a cloakroom on the ground floor, plus there is a main bathroom. No room is small, NO box room. A garage and 2 car spaces on the drive. Electric cars and a charging point to front of building. Fantastic house.

Most of the houses are really small. Ok for starter homes, but don't buy a cat as you won't be able to swing it!
