Phoned the salon direct lunchtime today on the off-chance of a pedi. Came back from Liverpool specifically to make a 5pm appt only to be told they had no appts. In spite of saying several times that I had actually phoned and spoken to someone, I kept being asked if I'd made the appt online. Then when they finally got it, was told that it was their Saturday girl and it was a mistake. Can we make it another day? Or the place down the road does walk ins. I booked! I'm not a walk in. No offer to make it up. No concern that their mistake had inconvenienced first time clients.

Jade was one of the nicest hairdressers I’ve had in this city and made me feel so comfortable. She also gave me my favourite haircut and blowdry that I’ve had in years, my confidence leaving that venue was incredible! Thanks for a great experience, I’ll be back :)

All the girls were lovely but my nails seemed rushed and they cut into my cuticle leaving a nasty cut. The end product wasn't flawless but it was still very pretty.

I had a lovely morning today with Helayna doing my highlights.She is fantastic! I love my colour!Plus she is a nice, chatty girl.I wish her all the best in her career. I'll definitely see her for my next appointment.

booked an appointment, sent a deposit and even spoke to whoever runs the instagram account to confirm it but still nobody showed up for the service. waited outside for over 20 minutes. definitely wouldn’t even attempt to book with beauty wonderland again
