Fast response and effective solution. Pest UK sent one of their guys the same day to deal with a problem I was having with rats. He located how and where the rats were getting into the walls of my home and placed some boxes containing poison. He showed me where I needed to block up the holes afterwards but got him back to do it. I stopped hearing rats in my walls after a couple of weeks and I haven't had a problem since.
