Wow what a fabulous place and such a great personality in Karl the owner. Visiting Wigan, with our two dogs, Karl I felt was a little reserved when I mentioned dogs...however he rose to the occasion not wanting to disappoint potential customers. He asked if we would mind the table by the door ...this for us was perfect. In no time Karl was sorting out drinks and menu's as well as finding a tin foil container for water for the dogs. Excellent skills at meeting the customers requirements. Further more the Sunday lunch was amazing best we have had in a long while see photo..sorry Karl I missed the dish with the cauliflower cheese.10/10 if you have not been get yourself booked in.

Visited on Saturday afternoon to sample the lunch menu. The food and service was excellent. Hearty portions too. Would definitely recommend.
