ASAP Aerials & Satellite Installations

I feel absolutely gutted for my poor mum.She is a pensioner and trusted ASAPaerials to do a good job. Unfortunately its the shoddiest workmanship ive ever seen.The amount of brickdust on the inside was terrible,however it gets much worse.Drilling holes on the exterior and interior have not been sealed,allowing water ingress into the front room.All the old cables and steelwork was left in a scrap pile at the side of the house,and to top it all,hetold my gullible mum that he only deals in cash!....When i called to complain,his reply was sort it out yourself!...time to call trading standards and inland revenue.

I got the details for ASAP aerials through getmeviewing.org.uk. When I called, I described the issue - that all the channel listing had disappeared and that the TV was not finding any channels when I tried to auto tune, and I was just getting an error message on the humax to say there wasn't a signal. I specifically asked if there was a call out fee to which the answer was There is no call out fee

Can’t recommend Paul @ ASAP highly enough, what a star. I’d had a massive problem with Sky and was desperate for help. Paul Went out of his way to help and even came back later in the day to make good the mess that the Sky guys had left. Sorted my TV aerial out at the same time, and all at a very reasonable price. 5* isn’t really enough!
