AVOID****Terrible value for money.Burger is tiny, but £6.50. Does not taste amazing. Its just chicken in a bun. Loaded buffalo fries - £5 for chips covered in spice powder. Again, nothing special. Fizzy drinks £3.80 - absolutely crazy.Service - staff need a lot more training. No coordination. Food is prepared but left to get cold as there is nobody to take it to sested customers.All of this could be excused if the food was amazing - but its average at best.Much better and cheaper options in this area.

Nice atmosphere even it’s so busy in the weekends, we got a place to sit and eat. Must try their atomic flavour burger and obviously their signature wings (original flavour).Thanks a lot Regan for your hospitality! Really appreciate your help man !

Just WOW....Our first visit to Wingstop Reading and it did not disappoint! We order two full fixers with 6 different flavours between 3 of us. It was plenty, so I'm taking food home. Inga was amazing, and the service was outstanding. She definitely made us want to return in a hurry! Finished off with the best churros I've tasted! Thank you to the team.

Food, Service, Environment are all excellent. Food sent to your table by most friendly and caring staff. Food is beautifully made and still hot. Reception and kitchen staff always carry a smile. Will definitely visit again!!

First time visiting, unfortunately will not return.Boneless chicken items are basically oven baked frozen nuggets with dipping sauces squirted on them.The loaded fries were fries with salt and sauce on them.Terrible value for Money - KFC is much better.

I got disappointed with what we ordered. We ordered via delivery—no problem with delivery but only with the food.I was excited to eat chicken wings since I was craving it. However, when I tasted their lemon & pepper wings, it was too salty. I had to drink lots of water right after tasting it. I was also confused since my husband order the classic wings platter with original, lemon & pepper wings, hickory smoked barbeque. Not sure where the original flavoured wings were in our order, but I definitely didn’t find it, or maybe im wrong. The only good thing about our order was the chips. the rest of the wings, I did not enjoy it but my husband had to eat some of it. He dipped it in their ranch sauce, but the sauce was too liquidy he had to throw it.

The food is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can choose among many menu options. The service I received from T was polite professional and friendly. We ordered, the spicy Korean wing which he recommended, and just as he said they were amazing .Great service highly recommended!!

Overall 1* because whilst using the gloves to eat wings, they melted through a little. Plastics are a health risk and they should not be provided. I should have just eaten with my hands and wish there was more handwashing facilities. Staff were lovely, food good but I’ve made better wings at home. I did enjoy the lemon pepper fries though. Another issue was very loud music. This particular branch is open plan within the mall and there is a lot of noise and cold coming from directly below the (always) open mall doors. Uncomfortable to sit in.

I particularly enjoyed the variety of sauces available, each one bringing a unique and delightful twist to the wings.Regan's attention to detail was remarkable. He made sure our table was clean and tidy, promptly refilled our drinks, and checked on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable and enjoyable.Furthermore, the overall atmosphere at Wingstop was lively and inviting. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a fantastic aroma of mouthwatering wings.
