The worst DIY store ever a huge mess no room walk staff cant be botheredthe place looks like a jumble sale floor dirty, the manager needs to go to a good store to see how its done, or else sacked, one star for guy on till who was stuning, would never go there again

Really helpful staff, and it is easy to get a refund/swap if you buy too much. Definitely recommend. I renovated a whole house, and they were excellent.

Site showed 3 in stock of a radiator cover......they had zero!Two other local stores had the same problem.....here's an idea maybe do some stock checks once and a while!

I will only shop here when bob is working. There's weekday bob and Saturday bob. Bob is the most helpful person you'll ever meet. Bob doesn't work Sundays. Do not go on a Sunday. It's painful, staff have no idea what they're doing. Bob is saving this store from a bad review.
