Love the shoes but am really upset as I don't have the shoes I wanted!!! I went to the store hoping that they will have the shoes I was gagging for. Sadly they didn't but the lady in Store kindly offered to order for me. I was waiting 7 days for them to arrive and was 4eally looking forward to it especially that I had plans on that weekend and thought those shoes will be perfect to wear. I came to the store to my greatest disappointment the lady ordered 3 sizes to big!!! Instead of 5 (38) she ordered 8 (41)!!! She apologised but so what? She told me she can order them but this time I'll have to wait even longer not 5 to 7 days but 2 weeks!!! I was really angry and upset and had to leave the shop to not to lash out on the woman! Seriously! Didn't even offer any discount or voucher to hold on to me as a customer while she messed up big time!I give 3 stars only cos of the quality and price of the product. Staff in shop is good to try the shoes to see the size or buy there n then otherwise order online to avoid disappointment.

I was very happy with selection and service. I got exactly what I wanted and was served by a very helpful and pleasant lady. Would recommend a visit for all sorts of footwear

We were in the Longwood Road Newtownabbey store on Thursday 4th May and were very impressed with the staff member who served us - called Kelly. I was looking for wide fitting flat shoes to accommodate a severe bunion and hammer toe. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the range of products and pointed me to a good selection of wide fitting shoes and also advised on which brands it might be an idea to size up on, and made good suggestions. She was extremely pleasant and patient - nothing was too much trouble, but she also gave you space to try on without feeling hovered over. Kelly is a credit to this Pavers store.Maggie Charteris

I started checking Pavers online and signed up for their emails. It seems worthwhile as they have reductions that don't stay online too long. Easy, if you are sure of your size, to buy when reduced and get them delivered for free to the shop.

Wife paid for shoes I had chosen, it was only when we got home that i noticed on the email receipt that they had added VAT of approx £10.00 , they didnt even say to my wife that VAT had to be added on to shelf price.Totally dishonest of the sales girl .

I visited this shop on Saturday 12th November looking for a pair of ladies shoes. There were 3 female assistants standing chatting to one another, oblivious to myself and my daughter. Not one asked me if l needed any help and had to interrupt their conversation for assistance. They were unable to help me find what l was looking for and couldn't really be bothered whether they served me or not. Therefore , l will not go back to Pavers for footwear in the future. I then went to Clarks and was asked almost immediately if l needed any help and the assistant couldn't have been more helpful, needless to say she made a sale of £90, Pavers loss.
